There is a 7-day cut-off for reporting damaged items. If customers don’t report any damages to their parcel within this timeframe they will not be able to raise a claim with NZ shipping providers.

If delivery delays are caused by issues with shipping SJD can help to facilitate a
conversation with the providers.

If a customer is considered at fault, and therefore responsible for covering the cost of redelivery if:
• The wrong address was provided
• They didn’t respond to an ‘attempted delivery’ card
• The item failed customs clearance
